Guadalajara Fiesta Grill

I was feeling a bit exhausted when I arrived, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had options for vegans. Our server, Alonso, suggested ordering from the Vegetarian section and he would make it vegan for me. I tried the impossible Burrito and it was delicious, filled with a generous amount of impossible meat. I will definitely be returning!

I loved Guadalajara even before I became vegan, and I still love it now. They have a good selection of vegetarian options - just make sure to order them without cheese and sour cream. My go-to dishes are the veggie molcajete or veggie fajitas with a side of black beans. The menu has plenty of options to choose from, plus the ambience is fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, especially the fresh salsa and chips. However, the service was slow at each stage of our meal. It was great to see various vegetarian options clearly listed on the menu, making it easy for those in our group to choose.
