tasty sylter wash in the brewhouse! at the time are “Sylter Weeks” in the brewhouse gutsloh. there is a separate card with a large selection of fish dishes next to the traditional menu. e.g. there is aal-filet, matjes, aalrauch-Matjes, brathering, scholle and much more. we chose the Sylter-Edelfisch soup as an appetizer and two kinds of matjes (northern art and aalrauch) with housewives sauce, bratkartoffeln and speckböhnchen as well as smoked Aal-Filet on Nordic rührei, bratkartoffeln and salatbouquet as a main dish. it was excellent! lovingly dressed, freshly prepared bratkartoffel – just delicious! the suppe was very rich. on fish fillet, seafood and vegetables was not saved.You should try the self-brewed beer in the gutsloher brewhouse. there are pilsener (a bright beer, natural trout), gutsloher special (also a bright beer, natural trout) and the goods-sloher Fuhrmann ́s (a dark beer with a trifle content of 14.8%). who cannot decide, the possibility of ordering a “probier set”. it consists of 4 different beers in 0.1L glasses. they are served on a wooden tray with the respective description of the beer.Not least I would like to mention the service. the service is very courteous and attentive. a playful team that is fully available for the guest.Our conclusion: the brewhouse gutsloh is worth a visit at any time!
