was once at this place and ordered three times. have made very mixed experiences have tried the Aloo Chaat, sew puri and bhel out the street kitchen section. the Aloo Chaat and sew puri were very tasty and typical Indian street style. However, the bhel was a complete lack of tanginess and aromen chicken tikka was nicely grilled and marinated the rajma twice was good, tasty, but not the authentic punjabi style rajma. in one of the deliveries the box was opened halfway and the whole heavy was spilled. the taste is good for an outdoor house Rajma (which is hard to find great tasting) aloo parantha was quite disappointing as it is far from the authentic punjabi...read more

I visited this restaurant multiple times and had varying experiences. I tried the Aloo Chaat, sew puri, and bhel from the street kitchen section. The Aloo Chaat and sew puri were delicious and reminiscent of typical Indian street food. However, the bhel lacked tanginess and aroma. The chicken tikka was perfectly grilled and marinated. The rajma was decent, but not in the authentic Punjabi style. One of my deliveries arrived with the box open halfway and the contents spilled. Overall, the taste of the food is good, especially for outdoor house Rajma. The aloo parantha was disappointing and far from authentic Punjabi cuisine.

I 've just never really gotten along with this place others love it, but I 've had a rubbish takeaway and two disappointing eat in. The menu goes off piste a little and tries to be more 'street food ' than regular 'British Indian restaurant ' which could be great, but they just haven 't managed to pull it off for me. My guinea fowl tikka starter was really dry, and my lamb shank main was nothing to write home about either. Another time, going for the set lunch menu with a more 'normal ' style was reasonable but nothing special the typical rice, rogan ghosht etc.

This is the best local Indian restaurant in the area. The staff are lovely and the kitchen produces classic Indian cuisine with a modern twist. I think you can judge an Indian restaurant on the quality of its vegetarian dishes and Guglee serve the best vegetarian Indian food I've had in a local restaurant. If you ask nicely they'll teach you how to make the best masala chai too!

on the my friend and I had an evening dinner in West-Hampstead in the restaurant called guglee,s ensuite at West-End-Lan, we ordered chicken jalfrezi, lamb curry, naan, and groomed the lamb curry was spicy, but I could still have a bad stink so I didn't eat it, I wanted to grill the actual grill no excuses for the next...read more

The restaurant offers efficient and friendly service. The decor may be simple, but the atmosphere is lively. The lack of a polished interior design is evident in the décor. Prices are reasonable, with the bill typically amounting to £10-12 per person for a curry with plenty of options to share, including vegetarian dishes.

the service is efficient and friendly. the decor is economical, but the ambiente is alive. the lack of a polished interior design job is reflected in the trips. when eating there, I often find the bill per person for a curry with several pages to share (if some of the ordered main thing are vegetarian). Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It was the worst dining experience I have ever had. Everything was terrible, even microwave meals from a supermarket are better. When I complained to the manager, they accused me of being drunk. Save your money and steer clear of this place.
