My family and I frequent this pub often. The staff is consistently friendly and goes above and beyond. Recently, when my mother was ill and we informed the pub, they were so thoughtful and sent her flowers and a card signed by all the staff. This gesture was truly heartwarming and I don't know of many other places that would do something so kind. I highly recommend this pub for food, drinks, or entertainment - you will surely be welcomed and taken care of, I can assure you.

Returned to the guilford, our local, after a number of years after a couple of awful visits that really put us off. Wow what a turn around, Laura and her wonderful team are doing a amazing job , they go above and beyond with helping me and my disabled husband and better still the guilford is really dog friendly. We now attend quiz evenings every week and enjoy a very affordable Sunday roast most weeks, highly recommend and thank you Laura and team for all your hard work

This is a lovely pub. Everyone is extremely friendly, including the bar staff, as well as being very helpful. Food is great with very competitive prices and always well presented. Very clean and tidy throughout. They have a band or DJ every Friday and Karaoke every Wednesday and more entertainment is planned for the near future. Has a pool table, all sports channels and a beer garden. I would recommend anyone to try this pub as it caters for all ages.

Went to the Guildford southend yesterday. Believe me i am a nightmare to eat out with, coz im so critical. 2nd time we have eaten here and burgers are awesome. Will definitely return. Bar staff lovely and landlady so welcoming. Do not judge this pub on its previous reputation. Loved it. And great value for money. Réservez une table maintenant

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good pub food. Don't usually have food but thought I'd try it today, amazing burgers cooked by Jake. I'll definitely be having food next time can't wait.
