We enjoyed dinner at Restaurante Guillemis twice in just six days, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The coal-baked steak was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, while my wife loved the Iberico pork, which was tender and delicious. For starters, I highly recommend the mussels—they were a standout. They served a wonderful pumping bread! We capped off our meals with the local mint cheesecake for dessert, which was delightful and refreshing. Pairing everything with a good wine made for a fantastic night out.
