Gumbo's Bar And Restaurant

EDIT... something has changed. Food became bland and tastless. Seems as tho the entire ingredients list has been swapped for the cheapest available. So sad. I won't return. Best food in mount clemens and so much more. This place is loved. You can taste it in the food, feel it in the atmosphere, and see it in the faces.

I came to the restaurant an hour and a half before they closed the waitress was wonderful in the atmosphere was nice but when I received my food I ordered the seafood platter at 90% of my platter was soggy the catfish was soggy the shrimp was soggy the hash puppies or decent.

I'm not sure why, but we thought this place would be a nicer style restaurant. The presentation of the food was lacking, but pretty good. If we lived in the area, we would probably return for a carryout.

Nice location that's about it. Beans horrible. Shrimp terrible. Overcooked. Never again $23.00 for food we couldn't eat.

Enjoyed my catfish po boy. Good fries with seasoning too
