If something goes wrong, don't expect any sympathy from the manager of this restaurant. I have let things slide in the past, but now it's time for a review. When you're told it's a thirty minute delivery, always add at least another thirty minutes. The food is generally good, but if it arrives cold, late, or with incorrect or missing items, they don't seem to care. This is really disappointing. I now give my business to a nearby restaurant, Shapla, who goes above and beyond to make things right when there are issues. The Guru has lost over £500 a year from me... people speak with their actions!
