Gustazo Cuban Cafe Waltham

Gustavo’s is an excellent restaurant. The only reason I gave it a 4 for ambiance is because the lighting is very low. Most would find it romantic and lovely, but I found it dark.,but if you are considering this restaurant, please go! The food is amazing and the staff couldn’t be nicer!

The food was fabulous! My only complaint is that it took more then 20 minutes to get a drink and they brought all of the tapas out at once. I would have preferred a little time in between, because the foot got cold before we could enjoy all of it!

The food here has changed dramatically and worse! Most dishes are cheesy and heavy on sauce. No fresh green or vegetables in sight. Light shrimp olive oil garlic, one of our favorites, is gone. Plantain chips are good as cocktails and desserts

The location of our table, the perfect ambiance, the amazing food and the wonderful waitstaff made this one of my most memorable date spots. Truly remarkable evening. Thank you. Réservez une table maintenant

Food is delicious, and exciting. Table was crowded in a corner, and other diners were very loud. Love the food, but propbably will not return on a weekend to avoid that.

Had a nice experience, excellent service, good speed and the food was very delicious! The Ceviche was especially good as the tops vieja. We're coming back!
