I've written many glowing reviews for this restaurant, but my experience yesterday was a bit disappointing. If nearly raw cabbage and lukewarm custard are the new trends in cuisine, I hope we can move past them soon because they simply don't appeal to anyone! However, these are minor issues compared to the sneaky tactics used to lighten my wallet. We were offered the lunch special menu at £30 for three courses, which we chose since it was 4:45 PM. But when the bill arrived, we were charged £35. Apparently, that's the evening price, so please don't present us with a menu that’s not applicable! On top of that, there’s a service charge. Food was ok, I ordered the crab fettuccine which was served on a cold plate therefore the food wasn't particularly warm and the crab was sparce . A 12.5% service charge was added as a default to the bil, something I object to as I'm happy to pay a service charge but on my discretion based on the service !! Our service that had a Liverpool accent was excellent, but other servers were lacking. Yes, I'd go again as I generally like Gusto but I was disappointed with the restaurant on this occasion.
Reset customers offers an incredible dining experience with an amazing dinner and brunch menu. I highly recommend the spaghetti carbonara, chili crab spaghetti, and the avocado burger. The pancakes are also a must-try! My favorite drink is the refreshing earthy mint cooler. All of these delicious dishes showcase the restaurant's great taste, but my absolute favorite is the tomato garlic bread. Réservez une table maintenant
This is a beautiful restaurant to visit during the week when they offer a 40% discount on meals, and it's not as crowded or noisy as on weekends. The new menu is delicious, yet they still excel at their signature dishes. The staff is very attentive, making it a fantastic place with a wonderful atmosphere.
