We booked this restaurant for four people; we want to stay in a remarkable website, relax and have a nice dinner. Every expectation was pampered by the bad service we received and by the low quality of food: to serve, we waited more than an hour and the dinner lasted a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes. We sat outside at 19:45, and we had to move inside to eat dessert, as the sun went down, it was too cold outside! Wir haben uns sehr gefreut als wir an Ostern einen Platz im Restaurant Gut Lärchenhof reservieren konnten. Das Essen und der Service sind über jede Kritik erhaben und warum je der Stern entzogen wurde ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Warum es dann nur 4 Google Sterne sind? Es war unglaublich laut, man hat kaum sein eigenes Wort verstanden, geschweige denn die Erläuterungen zu den Gerichten. Dazu liegt das Restaurant hinter Mauern, die man erst überwinden muss es ist nicht wirklich einladend, auch wenn andere vielleicht genau diese Abgeschlossenheit lieben. Das verdarb uns das Ambiente was halt auch sehr wichtig ist.

Ich hatte „moules frites“, die Schlechtesten die ich je gegessen habe! In den grossen Muschelschalen befanden sich winzige Muscheln mit wenig Geschmack, viele leere und reichlich kaputte Schalen, die natürlich aussortiert gehören. Vom Sud habe ich 2 Löffel genommen. Ende Februar gibt es normalerweise qualitativ hochwertige Muscheln auf dem Markt. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man sowas auf den Tisch bringen kann.
Waren eingeladen von einem der besten Weinhändler in Köln. Wir haben schon sehr viel über den Lärchenhof gehört, Aber an dem Tag hat alles gepasst. Das Essen hervorragend Personal sehr sehr gut. Wir waren rundrum sehr zufrieden. Das nächste Mal werden wir aber Das Menü aus der Bistro Karte probieren.

Ein wirklich gelungenes Menü. Der Service von „Moritz“ war charmant, professionell, viele Details zu den Speisen mit dem quentchen Humor.
Super Service und tolles Essen. Bin gespannt wann es den zweiten Stern zurück gibt.
