I have tried this place a few times and I now given up. I don't like to give bad reviews, so I thought I would keep trying. At first glance, it's a hole in the wall kind of place, so I braced my self for...hit or miss. Every time I have been in there they have been completely inaccurate with estimating the time it would take, every time it's it been minutes, minutes. Surely someone who does this all day every day knows how long it will take, so why lie to me? Why not just say minutes. I really don't like being in their store, it's noisy and dirty and the smell puts me off, so I would rather wait outside. We have been getting delicious hot chips and steam dim Sims for at least months now and the food is always hot fresh and the chips are crunchy and definitely the best in the area. The Lovely family who run the shop are lovely...people. We will always continue to get all our fish and chips from here. Thanks Tina and family for fantastic food and friendly service always with a smile.
Within ten minutes of my order, a delightful burger with the lot and a handful of nicely cooked chips were in my hands. It was great service that they were happy to provide, as a compliment the burger, a small amount of chips for just...a dollar extra. The burger was excellent, right down to the last tasty morsel. Thank you.
Service was fine, quickly cooked and ready. However the flake was very poor quality and this is the second time this has happened here. Chips along everything else was fine but the point of Fish and Chips is the fish and this was not edible...and at per serve thats just not acceptable.
