Their subs are usually made accurate, but not the past few times. I have acid reflux so I asked to have a sub made without onions, but onions were in my sub. It was about a half hour prior to them closing, we were told we would have $10.00 coming towards for our next order. The next day, they still made the sub not as ordered. We brought the order back and the manager said they would only refund the money, and ended up without getting a sub made to order! Very disappointed with not recieving an accurate order.
Wow, they have the best breadsticks! They were neither hard nor burnt—just beautiful, soft, and fluffy. The pizza was a little on the thin side but tasted fantastic. I was a bit disappointed with the wings, though, as they were dry and lacking seasoning. Overall, I like this place, although the prices were a bit higher for what I got. Still worth it, thanks to the great pizza!
Pizza by the slice is always a great option for a quick bite, and it's quite affordable! They typically offer 3 or 4 different varieties. The slices are generous in size, and the staff consistently maintains a positive attitude. Keep up the fantastic work, guys!

First of all they simply forgot to START my pizza. Then when I got there, they informed me that it would be 7 to 8 minutes. Wouldn't that be just enough time to rush a painfully UNDERCOOKED pizza?? You bet!! It sucked..
Super long wait there were I only 2 ladies working but they kept the best attitude even though a lot of people were upset about the wait and overall my pizza was good.
The pizza is decent and reasonably priced for Cleveland—only $18.00 for a large two-topping pizza!
