This Great Wraps location, situated in the CNN building, serves average food at a steep price. During a convention, we decided to grab a quick lunch here. I ordered the super gyro along with a fries and drink combo. While it wasn't anything special, it was acceptable, and considering the prices in the nearby convention center, it could have been worse. This was the single most disgusting thing I’ve eaten since I’ve moved to ATL. Looks nothing like the advertisement. This “Philly cheese steak” Was dry, tasteless, and miniature. They definitely didn’t give you enough for the price you pay and this literally tasted like plastic. This place is a sham to which I will NEVER return, not even for a cup of ice on a hot day.

I chose to have lunch at Great Wraps in the CNN Center, but I was really let down. The wings tasted like they were a day old, and the fries were hard and overcooked. While the customer service was good, the food itself was not enjoyable at all.
It used to be a pretty solid breakfast. There aren't a lot of options around this area. They recently changed cooks in the morning. Now the breakfast is truly awful. I cannot recommend it.
Rudest manager ever. Yelling at customers, then closed early while people were in line. Inconsistent meal sizes (2 people ordered falafel bowl, one was half size same price)
During our visit, there were no fries available, and we weren't informed until after we ordered our drinks that there was no ice for them.
