H P Bar & Grill - Réserver une table

My husband and I were visiting from interstate and decided to have dinner, last Saturday in the Bistro, as they advertise GF dietary options. A lovely lady, Lisa, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable went through the GF options with me and I was very impressed with my meal choice. The eye fillet steak with pepper sauce was perfectly cooked and the Idaho potato and vegetables were yummy. Lisa also recommended a glass of Zonin, which I thoroughly enjoyed and I hadn’t tried before. My husband ordered the Fisherman’s Catch, which he said was freshly cooked. Thank you Lisa for your kindness and patience and for excellent customer service.

Sunday afternoon in Brisbane and we couldn't find a coffee shop/cafe to enjoy a hot drink following a meal elsewhere. The pub came to our rescue and we were seated and waited for our coffees. The coffee was more warm than hot, but ok. The pub is in need of a revamp in some areas as the furniture is pretty old and the place smells of alcohol. But 10 points for being available for coffee in an otherwise desolate cafe scene (it was only 2.15pm and all the cafes nearby were shut on a Sunday). The staff were good and attentive.

We were down from Darwin to see Family and wanted to have a Christmas luncheon some where. After looking at several options we settled on the Holland Park Hotel and are so glad we did. The buffet was first class with lots of Seafood

Paul and staff are fantastic, managing all sized tables, cheerful and obliging. Very good range of food options, very reasonably priced.

Looked after us very well Friendly and efficient We were there to catch up with gamily and the atmosphere was perfect
