We happened to come across this gem of a restaurant while exploring Peniscola on our last day there. So we decided to have our last dinner in Peniscola at the Hacianda Cabeza de Toro Restaurant and it turned out to be a delightful experience. We were treated to an evening of personal service from our chef, Martin'. He diced, sliced and then showed us all the veggies before preparing them. As he prepared our meal he sang and talked and laughed us to a wonderful culinary experience. The menu is a simple one, but what it lacks in choices, it makes up in fantastic and flavorful cuisine.
