I can’t believe it took me this long to visit! My brother’s wife was raving about the spare rib tacos, and she was absolutely right—they are incredibly delicious. The fajita taco salad was good, served in a flour tortilla bowl that also works perfectly for dipping your nachos. The carnitas were flavorful, which is how I judge new Mexican restaurants, and this place definitely passed the test. The atmosphere made me feel like I was right in Mexico—cozy and inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back. Parking is free, which is a plus. Kid-friendly? Absolutely—bring the little ones; they need to try this food!
The menu offers a good variety. The four of us each ordered different dishes, and all the food received positive feedback—except one person had to step away because the hot sauce on the side made her cough. Update 7/21/23: Three of us enjoyed our meals, and as usual, we ended up with three to-go containers.
I’ve lived just down the street for a couple of years and finally decided to give this place a try. The bartender was super friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing. I tried the Al pastor and asada street tacos, and I will definitely be coming back with friends.
The service was attentive and extremely friendly. The food was outstanding; I ordered the pibil, and it was the best I've ever had. The drinks were also delicious and quite strong! I will definitely be returning.

The staff doesn’t speak English, and the food isn’t like any Mexican restaurant I’ve been to before. Very disappointing! I recommend going to El Jalapeño down the street instead!
The street tacos were fantastic, and the margarita pack a strong punch! It was a wonderful experience, and I’ve found my new go-to place for Tuesday dinners.
I truly believe this is the best Mexican restaurant in Lakewood. The chef’s specialties were outstanding! I highly recommend giving it a try for yourself.
This food is simply amazing. The service was great and they were very attentive. And have affordable meals. Ohhhh and the drinks are to die for.
