Hai Master Kitchen

This little hole in the wall located in a strip mall was discovered on Google when I moved to the area. We've been back almost every week since, and I've taken multiple co workers here that have also returned on their own. Leo is a one man show on the floor, taking orders and bringing out your food. He's hilarious and really takes the time to get to know his customers. Sometimes it gets packed in here, so be patient! Food: I've tried so many things on the menu, and these are my favorites Beef Chow fun is my #1 go to; Fried asparagus (YUM), the crab rangoons are so completely packed with crab; honey walnut shrimp has a hint of lemon and the shrimp are huge!; Steamed pork buns, if he tells you they just made them, do yourself a favor and order them; The potstickers are huge and come with a lot in the order; My husband's go to is the Szechuan Chicken, it is delicious, but a little too spicy for me. Bonus points: They added beer to the menu this year! Great prices too. Make a trip to see Leo at Hai Master Kitchen!
