Hakuna Matata Grill

On Friday 8/4 2023 I sat on the bar for cold beer among other customer on the same raw , and when time came to pay the bill I noticed an %18 service added to the bill which was acceptable but it should not be demanding charge from the owners of the establishment added to the check weather the service is acceptable or not a customer must pay in , and on the other side of the bar it was similar complained from other customer to the mount of money added to the bill, what made matter worse I gave the partender a $10 dollar bill never got my change back the Restaurent policy they don’t give change from the register to the customer this is stealing customers money up front.I don’t recommend this p...

Delivery order of Nyama Mchuzi with sukuma wiki, ugali, and chapati was FANTASTIC. Just like I enjoyed when living in Nairobi! Who am I kidding? It was better! The stew was spiced perfectly, with thick rich sauce and plenty of tender chunks of beef. Thanks for the trip down memory lane, a trip I will definitely take again!

Watch out what you order . 16 4 for you said neat 18/00 service charge for a shot of gin ? Not even menu for a there drinks when you ask ? Kind of high way robbery. think twice .

Mid service, Disappointing experience. Items on the menu weren’t available. It was communicated after the fact.
