I’m not sure what kind of magic they work behind the counter, but their drinks definitely don’t taste like the powdered mixes used elsewhere. I ordered the honey and taro pudding boba with a quarter sugar, and it was just right—not too sweet, with a nice slushy texture and a wonderful blend of flavors. You can really taste the honey, and the taro pudding adds a delightful texture, paired with the freshly made boba. It’s an exceptional drink. Plus, if you get a regular size, you can upgrade to a large for free! What a great deal!

I've been to several Half and Half locations but this is my first time at this one. I noticed it while at 99 Ranch market and they had a sign that said free size upgrade promotion. I decided to order and the employee tells me the promotion ended last week and sign wasn't taken down. I was there on Friday and the promotion ended last week? Sounds like a scam and she wouldn't honor the promotion even though it was their error for not removing the sign. I will never go to that location again
Terrible service. I usually come here for convenience, but the prices are steep, the drinks are mediocre, and the service is subpar. They messed up my order and still had the audacity to charge me $0.50 to correct it. I’ll be going to Tastea, next door, in the future.

One time they ran out the cup holder told me to hold 3 cup by hand with no bag I dropped one and ask they to replace 1.they didn't want to, not even replace a new cup.bad service
Service was great. Helpful fast. They also have new item steam bun. I got free upgrade for drinks to larger size. That’s another points.
