Halfway House - Réservation de table

We’ve driven by this place dozens of times and never really noticed it. We stopped in on a Friday night. The place was empty but quickly filled around 6pm.Our server was friendly.Our food was so-so and the hand cut fries were undercooked and hard in the middle. We ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese was not melted in the middle. The portion of the fries was on the smaller side. We also ordered French toast which was cold when it arrived.The “ locals “ stared at us the entire visit.Unfortunately, a disappointing visit.

We love stopping here on our way out of Vermont when we head out for vacations. The food is great and the service is even better. Julie is amazing. She is our waitress every time we come here. Always looking forward to come back on our next trip.

The food was fantastic; we tried the poutine and loved it. The service was excellent, and the interior had a really neat diner vibe that's quite popular in the media. I highly recommend stopping by—it's definitely worth a visit!

Love this little diner in the middle of no where. Food is down home cooking, service is friendly and quick. A good stop over on our way to NY. Parking: Large enough for trucks and RVs Réservez une table maintenant

I've always wanted to try poutine and finally got to at the Halfway House! It was delicious! The pie crust was especially delicious as well. Great local diner!

Excellent breakfast, love that they have room for 18 wheeler drivers like myself. Highly recommend when travelling 22A.
