Visit this cafe on a regular basis when I visit Runcorn. The staff are always very accommodating and happy to help. The food is always piping hot and served well. I'm currently on a very strict diet and follow a strict calorie controlled menu, the lady behind the counter was more than willing to help me out with this and served me with a stunning jacket potato with salad. Thankyou ladies, see you again.xxx
The food at this restaurant was not fresh, and when I complained, I received a rude response. The jackets I ordered were from the day before and were so distasteful that I would have thrown them away rather than serving them. The staff was unprofessional, smirking and rude. I only gave a rating of 1 because I had to.
Friendly staff... had a lovely catch up with family whilst enjoying a cup of coffee and a panini.... I have to say I do pop in quite a bit now... it's out the way and quiet enough to be able to talk without being stared at in the other coffee shops in the centre of the shopping centre.
Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s a little hidden gem. Been here quite a few times recently as my daughter is obsessed with their baked potatoes. Paninis are on another level, leave most high street coffee places behind. Staff are so friendly and amazing with children!! Réservez une table maintenant
I frequently go to this small cafe with my young child. It has a pleasant atmosphere and is consistently clean, with the snacks made to order. We have a drink and a snack before browsing through the books. It's a wonderful way to introduce children to the library experience.
I enjoyed having a drink and a snack here. I had coffee and toast, which was reasonably priced. The lady who served me was attentive and made sure everything was to my liking. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick snack.
Can highly recommend food Starbucks coffee here. Large range of tasty meals, cakes snacks. Cafe is spotless. Staff are pleasant cannot do enough to help, even when they are busy. We are always made to feel very welcome
