Terrible customer service, the checkout girl with a man complex is disrespectful, I asked her to recommend the best burger they had and the pedant couldn't because she said They are all good, it is the last straw, my family and I are left with craving and anger. If they hate their job, quit but don't ruin family outings. I wanted my children to try where I shopped long before and now in life we eat there again!!!!
Without a doubt, it is a great choice if your craving is for hamburgers, it is the best, its prices are comfortable, I agreed on the ingredients and its food is very tasty, it is Asian and delicious, only if they look bad on platforms like Uber and Didi that do not appear but outside that is more than recommended
If I had to summarize what I think of the place in one sentence it would be the following: I have no idea why it is not full and always have long lines , fast, efficient, quality service, very good ingredients, good taste, I don 't understand How would someone prefer McDonald 's over Hamburger Factory?

The taste of the burgers is very good! It is undoubtedly an excellent option, although I think the flavor of the potatoes could be a little better. Otherwise, a great experience here!
Very expensive, more expensive than McDonalds. I remember that when they started there in the old Capri cinema it was cheap and it was full but now it's not because of the price.
