I came to Dr. Krenn due to acute shoulder pain and it was probably the best medical experience I've ever had. Friendly reception in advance, then detailed survey in a treatment room full of books, posters of the human body, diplomas of all trainings, ultrasound equipment, collection of various homeopathic means and three sweet cat pictures on the wall. First, a homeopathic method was carried out, the result of which was astonishing similarity to an older diagnosis of another doctor with me (I always had my doubts of these techniques before). Then ultrasound and a magic handle on the neck with a soothing and free crisp. All this always accompanied by detailed explanations and answers to my many requests. After that it was roasted, also by a very friendly and competent doctoral helper, followed by two syringes of cortisone in the shoulder and further detailed explanations including prescription of massages and the offer to report at any time, should still be something further. Since I am with a legal KK, I had to bear the costs of the treatment myself, but these were also absolutely fine. This was communicated in advance on the phone but also clearly and the price range was even correctly estimated by the friendly lady. I decided to do so consciously and did not regret it. Conclusion: I have not experienced a doctor's visit that has really been fun yet. Mr. Krenn convinces with a very deep, versatile and interdisciplinary expertise and has an outstanding empathy. I can recommend Mr Krenn as a doctor and as a human being unconditionally.
