Hampton Inn By Hilton

We stayed in a suite, we had 5 adults which we called ahead for, to have an extra roll away beds blankets towels and pillows. When we arrived there were towels for two no extra blankets sheets or pillows, had to wait for beds. Went to use some dishes since we had a kitchen, dirty dishes in the cabinet, and rest of dishes in dishwasher dirty. The thermostat was hanging off the wall. When rollaway beds came, looked as if they had dirty linens on them. I will say the man that had to bring everything that we should have had, was extremely helpful and kind. I was so excited to stay here, but unfortunately the morning of our trip my friend tested positive for COVID. She has severe asthma and the air quality in Burlington was unsafe for her that day, and her doctor told her she could not travel to Burlington. We also all know the CDC guidelines by now and she shouldn’t have gone to a public place like a hotel anyway.We contacted the site we booked through and provided the hotel with her proof of a positive test in hopes we could cancel and get a refund for this unfortunate situation. We wanted to go back a few weeks later, but the hotel refused to give us our money back.This hotel management doesn’t care about the health and safety of their staff...

We were able to check in an hour early. However, the room we were in had a bathtub that did not drain even overnight. We notified the front desk and we were told someone would take a look at it from maintenance after we checked out. We asked to speak to a manager, but one wasn’t available, so we left a message and have yet to hear anything back. The ice machines on both the 4th and 5th floors were not working either. Glad we were only here for 1 night, but extremely disappointed in our stay as a family.

The room was super clean, and the girls at the desk were absolutely great. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options. We didn't get to the saltwalter pool. I can't imagine it being awful ? They were so friendly and willing to help. It's a little pricey, but you do get what you pay for. I would defiantly stay there again.

We stayed 4 nights and never saw a room cleaner nor were we asked If we needed our room cleaned. Had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper For the price and the Hilton brand I was very shocked.
