My experience at Hamza Madina Halal Food on August 24th at 3:00 pm was awful. The male worker who took my order was rude and had an attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable. This type of behavior seems to be a common occurrence with all the workers at this restaurant, except for the female worker who is always kind and respectful. The food itself was disappointing - the fries were cold, the pita bread and salad tasted stale, and the white sauce was off. The only decent part of the meal was the chicken. This is simply some of the best food you can acquire on Long Island. Cheap, fast, and delicious, you receive huge portions of food with absolutely delightful service. Every time I have been here, the food quality has been identical: excellent. Their meat is flavorful, and they are happy to accommodate any amount of sauce you could reasonably ask for. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would also like to mention Puma's service. He has been absolutely amazing every time I show up. I've been going every week for over a year, and he has been one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I want to give 5 stars for taste but come ON. I placed a delivery order with all my specifications selected. I ordered falafel over rice with LETTUCE corn and chopped pita, and it should have come with fries. Not only did I also get the onion/tomato mix I didn't select and didn't want, I didn't get any fries!! Smh. Updating from 3 to 4 stars because the flavor is just that good esp the falafel. Best I've ever had. But getting like half the stuff in my order wrong is unacceptable regardless of how good it tastes. Delivery is so ridiculously upcharged that I'd rather just get Kebab Express.
If you want employees with attitude, small portions of food with high prices. This is the place for you. The new containers they use are smaller than what they used to have. Probably 2/3 the size of the rectangular one. The food has now been sub par. The prices have doubled and without a drink. The main guy at the store gave an attitude to me on how I wanted my food packed. I used to love coming to this place but now it's not worth it. Not worth my money. These places are a dime a dozen now so it's best to get food like this elsewhere.

I have dined here almost weekly on Tuesday nights after going out with friends. There are an uncountable amount of reasons why this is the case. Puma always provides the best food service on the island. The food is nothing short of excellence every time. Not just what I order too, literally everything is phenomenal. I have told basically everyone I know about this place, and will continue to do so. 5 stars is too little for this establishment, it is possibly the best experience in every way I’ve ever had.
We have been ordering from these guys for years. First at the truck, then at the restaurant. Wow did we panic when we did t see the truck. So glad they have a permanent location! Our favorite place to get Halal food. The food is delicious always and the guys are always nice. We will be back again and again. Anytime we want Halal… thank you!! OMG! This green sauce we tried for the first time today… sooo good.
Always great food and service. Especially when Puma is working you know it is gonna be a good meal. One of my favorite spots to eat at on Long Island
