Hana is an amazing habachi/ sushi restaurant in Clayton, GA. I had been meaning to try out Hana for a long time. I was not disappointed. The service could have been better, but it was good for a Japenese restaurant. All of the servers were very kind and welcoming. I do wish the Hibachi was open that night, but it was not very crowded so I understand. Japanese restaurants never fail to impress me with their amazing food quality and taste. I enjoyed Hibachi Chicken, with fried rice which was cooked to perfection. They have the best Yum-Yum sauce I've ever tasted. I ordered basil rolls and specifically asked for only a little lettuce, but that request was also ignored. On a positive note, I tried my friend's egg drop soup and fried Chinese noodles, which were excellent. However, the servers could use some training in how to serve food. We were a party of six, and everything was placed uncomfortably close between me and my friend. Overall, I spent $60 for two people, including appetizers and a tea.
DELICIOUS!! Chinese and Japanese food actually taste different. First Chinese/Japanese resturant I have found in the area where all the food doesn't taste the same. GREAT staff and food is fresh. Definitely can see and taste the pride of the chief.
