Got my order from Grubhub. I wrote a detail instruction to seal the bag either with tape or staples since my last delivery was tempered by the delivery personnel. They did NOT seal the bag with anything and one of the containers was opened! Who knows whatthey did to my food?!?! Update: the manager reached out to me and apparently it was not stapled because she was not there tosupervise the person who packed the order. Therefore, she asked for a second chance to make it right by offering credits for thenext order. Very responsive and responsible manager. At least she shows that she cares about the service and the quality. Willdefinitely come back next time.
When I want sushi I don?t just want any sushi. I want that real, beautifully crafted, fresh, flavorful sushi that will fulfill all my sushi needs. Hana Moon delivered and exceeded all my sushi expectations more. Fabulous service lovely diningambiance. I can?t rave enough about how delicious the food is, quality, quality, quality. I?ve been on the hunt for my new sushispot and wish I had discovered Hana Moon sooner! After our first dining in experience we already consider ourselves unofficialregulars. Me and my friends went last night. We ate the cheese Rangoon’s before I got a picture of all of them, but there was six. The calamari was okay, I don’t think it was worth the price personally. All of the sushi was great. Really affordable for the portion that we got. Our drinks never got lower than halfway full. We will definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: It is really small, I think someone in a wheel chair, crutches, or a cane would have a hard time.
I went here twice. Had sushi the first time and sushi hibachi the 2nd. The food was excellent and the customer service was great both times. Their sushi was fresh and tasty and the hibachi really surprised me, some of the best I ever had. They also give you a small free dessert, usually a slice of cake. This place was everything and then some. A friend highly recommended this place and finally got a chance to go tonight. Everything we ate was delicious and the the staff were very attentive. The owner asked how we liked everything and we told herit was our first time. She was so sweet and even gave us a dessert on the house. That was so unexpected but really nice of her.
This place is a great find! We were visiting my mom and she agreed to babysit, so we went out and found this place. It?s located in a little plaza, but you know it?s a special restaurant as soon as you walk in. Great food and speedy service. I don?trecommend sitting at the sushi bar, but it?s fabulous! We?ll be back!
This is a long time favorite of my boyfriend and I am so glad he took me. Hana Moon has great quality hibachi for a reasonable price. The value is amazing for the amount of food you get. Sherry is such a hospitable server. I would recommend this to anyone in Jacksonville.
This place is amazing!!! Not a lot of tables so you may have to wait to get seated. That way is more than worth it!!! Love this staff, always super fresh fish. Always eat way more than I should it?s just that good! If you?d a sushi fan you shouldn?t missthis place!!! Réservez une table maintenant
