Change of ownership: In April 2021 there are new owners. The current owner and boss, Niko, sold the business. He will concentrate his time and energy in his flagship restaurant, Sushi Plantation, in Mission Viejo. Hanako was definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever eaten. The dishes of Niko were as attractive and creative as they were delicious. Many friends and family sang there. Although we are sad that he leaves the area we all wish him. This place is a gem.....we have been here twice and both times have been absolutely amazing. Today we made it to happy hour and the service is outstanding! I recommend the crispy rice with spicy tuna...it's fresh and delicious! Not to mention their $3 beers for happy hour....we are definitely coming back for more

Great Thai food. Fabulous for the set menu Green curry with beef Spicy Basil with chicken steam and eggs roll very well and good portions for $11,95 . Beautiful atmosphere and friendly stuff. I'm coming back. Love the food presentation and season.

The service was great, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The quality of Sushi was great! M and what my friend and I are looking for. I recommend this place to everyone! Come back

It was pretty good. I made an order. People were nice. The gyoza dumplings were left out of my order. Disappointed when I came home.
