In een deel van Canada waar ogenschijnlijk niet veel,highlights zijn na Banff en Jasper is het goed zoeken naar een acceptabele eetgelegenheid. Nou, hier is ie. Zwitserse keuken met fantastische schnitzels in rustige ambiance. Prima persoonlijke bediening door eigenaresse. Spaetzle met schnitsel natuurlijk genomen en niet zonder spijt, prima, beter dan in mening germaanse restaurant in Europa. Locatie voor lokale begrippen fraai, maar het blijft in deze contrijen wat behelpen. Geen wijnkaart, maar de paar wijnen die ze schenken zijn goed bij de schnitzel. Al met al een absolute aanrader.

WOW! What a find! Susan Zimmerman, one of the owners, was able to accommodate Gluten Free without any problem.

Sure, they have the biggest schnitzel in the CaribouBut for a $20 plate I expect it to be a home run dish.
