The Happy Maki is my ULTIMATE festival snack, have seen them at loads of evens and I scoffed my weight in their plant based sushi burritos the summer season just gone. When I realised they 'd set up shop in my home town BTN I obv could not resist a visit. Honestly, these guys made it into my death row meal selection and me n my stomach will forever be indebted to u. Pictured: HOISIN 'DUCK ' Duck yes. Probably the one I 've eaten the most because the flavour is just outrageous. The duck style jackfruit is delissshh.
Simply revolutionary! Not from Brighton and Vegan options are everywhere to be seen very exciting! But Happy Maki is on a different level. Fast service, wrapped Infront of you, mad healthy, awesome options (fully loaded was the fave and the cauliflower Yums!! Needs to be bigger so more people can eat inside portion sizes are good. Obviously it's not cheap but it's worth every single penny. Thank you. Can you franchise out to Midlands please?? We need some Happy Maki up here!!
I have a severe case of celiac disease, and I discovered this restaurant on the "Find Me Gluten Free" app. They take gluten-free dining very seriously and maintain a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Additionally, they offer a fully vegan menu. I highly recommend visiting this place. I’ve never felt safer eating out at a restaurant before.
The food was absolutely stunning and incredibly tasty. Even my partner, who doesn't usually enjoy vegan or gluten-free dishes, loved every single bite. We will definitely return because we want to try everything on the menu! The service was excellent too, with everything explained to us in detail.

Amazing! Was larger than expected but great value for money! Would recommend the hoisin duck and the fully loaded burritos
Great food but both Brighton places closed on Sunday despite being able to order on Just Eat.
Great vegan place! The sushi poke bowl was great. Highly suggest!
