Happy Palace Chinese And Canadian

This restaurant has its ups and downs. They excel at the basics, but some dishes missed the mark. The batter on the chicken balls was hard and tasted pre-frozen, and the sparerib meat was so tough that it remained untouched. On a positive note, the meat in the chow mein was both tasty and plentiful, and the fried rice was also good. Just keep in mind that this is very much a Canadian-Chinese restaurant. If that’s what you’re after, it’s worth a visit.

DISAPPOINTMENT! I just placed my first order for beef from this restaurant because I was really tired after work. I spent nearly $25 on my order, and what I got was a selection of poorly cooked, extremely salty vegetables—specifically carrots, onions, and peppers. I'm not sure about the other menu items, but I would advise caution with these particular dishes.

Just had this for the first time. The woman who took my order was super nice. I got a combo for one (chicken balls, rice and egg roll) and it was so good! It was also a TON of food, I couldn’t eat it all!. It’s a great price also. I can’t believe I’ve never eaten here. I’ve been missing out! It was also ready very fast. Super happy with Happy!

Really good Chinese food for Peterborough. Out of all the Chinese food I have tried here this is definitely the best. Ordered a combo for 1. Paying cash it was just over $13. I was able to finish the meal in one sitting, so I would say the portion size is smaller as I rarely finish a meal like this.Ordered the general Tao and it was good. Good flavour, came with onions and peppers.

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. The prices are fantastic, and you get a generous portion of food for your money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for really good Chinese food!

As for parking, the restaurant is situated in a peaceful strip mall within a community, and there's ample parking right near the entrance.
