The order itself came with an egg roll, so I inputted a request to see if I could get a shrimp egg roll instead as I don't eat pork. When I got to sit down with my food, there was plenty of toppings such as peanuts and sprouts to adorn on the noodles and chicken. This was my first visit, so I can only share my initial impressions. I came on a weekday afternoon, and it wasn't crowded, which made parking easy. The atmosphere inside was quiet, and there didn’t seem to be many employees working that day. I ordered the steak pho with beef broth. The noodles had a great texture, and while the broth appeared clear at first, it turned out to be surprisingly flavorful. The steak cuts were excellent and tasted very fresh. The spot we originally wanted to go to was closed for the day, so we decided to try out Happy Pho because it was close by and it turned out to be pretty good. We ordered the pork/shrimp egg rolls, vegetarian egg rolls and shrimp egg rolls, all which were good. We also ordered the shaken beef rice dish, and I appreciated that the egg was cooked perfectly over medium, as well as the happy pho special, which my friends enjoyed.
The prices have increased, but the quality and quantity of the food have declined. I'm surprised because my husband, sister-in-law, niece, and I used to visit every other week, but I don't think we'll be returning. The owner is very kind and attentive to our preferences, which makes it difficult to say goodbye. However, after three disappointing visits, we feel it's time to move on. I will genuinely miss this place.

The pho and spring rolls were fantastic. We also sampled the fried egg rolls and fried shrimp rolls, which were a bit less flavorful but still good. I only rated the service 4 stars because our server never came back to check on us after bringing the food and offered a water refill long after we had finished eating, although she was otherwise very friendly.
Best pho in town. Soup was perfect, just the way I like it. Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly super nice.
