Ordered via your own ordering system on the website. We have received confirmation. Delivery time should be 45 minutes. After 1.5 hours I asked about the delivery by phone. The very unfriendly employee told me that no order had been received. The same problem existed before, at that time I was apologized, now I was informed that the error was probably ours.
