So I ordered a pizza with pepperoni. And the Manager told me he made the pizza with pepperoni ok so how did mine not have pepperoni. I tell him it don't have pepperoni he tells me he can remake it drive there and pick it up yeah after I drove home. Wouldn't give me credit because I did credit before once because they burnt the pizza kinda sucks I will not be ordering from here anymore all because you didn't make the pizza right. Also I buy pizza every week now I will stop doing that crazy all That for a 50cent pizza The boss is great the boy manager not so much lost a consistent customer.
This restaurant has, without a doubt, the absolute worst customer service of any dining establishment or takeout option in the downriver area—it's not even a close comparison. I've personally gone there several times to pick up food, and each time, regardless of how busy it is, I find myself waiting for someone to help me at the front counter. It’s particularly frustrating to see multiple employees behind the counter, occupied with their phones, while customers wait to be attended to. I’m giving it 2 stars because the food was at least acceptable.
They don’t have any sense of urgency. They make you wait every time. They tell you 15 mins plan on 20 or maybe even 30. They don’t make up for it either. Just a so what attitude. Pizza is excellent and the rest of their food is awesome. Best comfort or hangover food there is. Just not a fast place and they don’t care.
Just spent $28 on a mediocre salad. This was my last order. It used to be a decent choice for a quick family dinner. I don't mind paying for a service, but this is nothing but greed. $5 of that was a tip for the driver, because I'm sure he didn't get a raise with the price increases.

We ordered Chicken tenders and they were unedible Because they were extremely salty. We called the store, and they said it comes from a new distributor and we don’t have anything to do with the batter. So too bad that the food was horrible not our problem. You just lost a faithful
The jumbo chicken wings were disappointing. They were fried so excessively that there was hardly any meat left beneath the skin. The chicken lacked any flavor or seasoning, and the oil used for cooking tasted old. Overall, it was a terrible waste of my hard-earned money.
I will NEVER order here again. The dough is so hard like it’s three days old or something no sauce pineapples not edible harder than a rock overcooked. Absolutely disgusting you should be embarrassed.
Been coming here for years. Never disappoints me. Their food is great. Very fast service. Of course I pick up my food so I can’t say anything on delivery. But it’s always perfect.

I never really used to be a fan of this place but the last few times we ordered pizza from here it was pretty darn good ! Nice fresh toppings
They forgot one of my items on a delivery and went above and beyond to make up for it. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!
