Harbour Fish - Réserver une table

First visited some five years ago, during a visit to the town, the fish and chips were among the best I had ever eaten. Yesterday, I reprised my acquaintance with the Harbour, along with my two sons, whom I had regaled with stories of the best f&c in Sussex. In short we were not disappointed; if anything the experience was even better than before, as we sat down in the little restaurant. Haddock and chips was a trip down memory lane, the taste and textures redolent of the best eaten during my childhood. Two children's cod and chips were equally good. The service was excellent even though we arrived close to lunchtime closing. I have eaten at the Magpie and this f&c was on a par with theirs: simply superb.

This has been the best place for miles around for as long as I can remember. I have known the owner since he was a bit of a lad when he stared in a local chippy and he really knows this business very well. The staff are always polite and very efficient. All food is cooked to order so VERY fresh. Have tried others over the years but always have compaired to this fish chip shop and found all others falling short.

Quick and friendly service. They have the option for rice flour instead of battery on the fish. Now the card payment too.
