Hardee's - Réservation de table

Our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. It took 5 minutes just to have our order taken inside, and then we waited an additional 15 minutes for our food, only to find that some of the items were incorrect. We didn't even bother asking for corrections, as we were concerned it would take another 20 minutes to resolve. I don’t think they are understaffed; rather, it seems like they have the wrong people working there. One particular staff member, a white woman, was notably rude to several customers and got every order wrong that I saw her handle, including my family's. This review reflects our visit on December 28, 2018, around 1 PM.

I really enjoy the Frisco sandwich (without sauce). The coupon is fantastic, and I use it regularly. I appreciate that the coupon allows for two sandwiches, so I can get one for myself and share the other with my dogs. While the staff may not always be the friendliest, as someone else pointed out, I understand they're doing a thankless job and still providing a great product during a pandemic.

The food was fresh. I tried their curly fries for the first time, and they were quite good. I also ordered the ice cream cone that was featured in their drive-thru advertisement because it looked appealing. However, when I received it, it turned out to be a small kiddie size cone for about $2.79. We asked for a refund, and thankfully they were willing to accommodate us.

I placed an order at the Belleville Hardee's on Carlyle, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. If I had to choose, I would opt for a different Hardee's location in the future. My Hash Rounds were fried in old grease, which resulted in a terrible aftertaste. I would like to request a refund! Réservez une table maintenant

This Hardee's is usually quite empty, and I'm not sure why, because it's a fantastic spot in Caseyville. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and the place is clean. Plus, they serve food quickly. I would definitely recommend this Hardee's to anyone!

I went to the drive-thru today and wanted to share my appreciation for the tasty food and the welcoming staff. We have Carl's Jr. in Oklahoma, but it doesn't hold a candle to how it used to be when it was still Hardee's. Thank you!

This restaurant is a great spot for a quick bite. I've never had an issue with my special requests; the food is always fresh and served hot. I usually grab breakfast before 7 AM, and like many similar places, they're often busy.

The customer service was excellent. The checkout experience was pleasant, and they packed everything I wanted into the bag without me having to remind them or check to ensure everything was included. Réservez une table maintenant

I waited 16 minutes for my order, even though there were only two cars ahead of me. The staff were rude, and they forgot to include a fork in the bag.

I didn't receive most of my order. This Hardee's may be the worst one I've ever been to. I'm honestly amazed that they're still operating.
