It took 5 minutes to even have our order taken (inside) another atleast 15 to get our food only to have stuff wrong (of course)we didn't even bother getting it fixed afraid it'd take another 20 minutes atleast. I don't think they are understaffed at all, just have some of the wrong people working for them. The white lady was so rude to many customers and got every order wrong I witnessed her take including my family's (reviewing on 12/28/18 around 1pm experience)
Love the Frisco (no sauce). Coupon is great and I routinely go through. I love that the coupon allows 2 so I can get a second one and share with my dogs. Yeah, staff isn't always the friendliest as someone else mentioned and docked them severely, but heck they're performing an often thankless job and delivering a good product IN a pandemic.
