I ordered two monster burgers for my husband and me. When we got home, I noticed that the burgers each had only one piece of meat. I decided to return to the restaurant with my entire order and asked for a replacement. The woman on the headset was quite rude. When I reached the window and explained the situation, showing her the sandwiches, she remained disrespectful. I told her that I didn’t want to eat cold food after spending $60, but she continued to be unhelpful and struggled to process my refund after I returned the food. Overall, I had a terrible experience and I won't be returning.
I can't say enough good things about Hardee's in Mayfield, KY! As a teacher, I recently reached out to the store manager, Vicki Puckett, to see if they could donate some cups for our school's Fall Festival snow cone booth. She truly went above and beyond to help us out. The proceeds from the festival will directly benefit our students' educational needs. I'm incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful local business that supports the community in such meaningful ways!
I only spent $40 on a meal, but when I got home, my daughter’s order was wrong. The employees didn’t even answer the phone when I tried to reach out. Not only did my child not get their meal, but I also had to spend an additional $10 to buy another meal. To make matters worse, the rest of the food ended up getting cold.
The service provided by the staff on Thanksgiving morning was excellent. Despite being one of the few places open, they delivered breakfast promptly and at a reasonable price. However, one of the four items I ordered was incorrect. Overall, I was very satisfied and grateful for the experience!

The staff is always patient with my son, especially when he orders extra cheese. That's one of the reasons it's his favorite place for a burger; they always get it right! The team is also very quick.
The service was excellent, the food was served hot, and the staff were extremely nice and friendly. I would give it 4.5 stars and highly recommend this place to everyone!
You have to try the prime rib biscuit! Seriously, you won’t regret it. Thank me later! And you’re welcome! Haha.
