Hardee's - Réservation de table

Absolutely baffling. This Hardee's location won't last more than a year. Pulled up at Drive Thru and the order taker could be barely be heard. I ordered a 5 piece tender combo and a 6 piece jalapeno poppers, no sauce. I pulled up, paid, and was told to pull up and they'll bring my order to me. What? From the time i paid to the time i got my food was ten minutes. In the mean time 3 more cars came through, and the woman working drive through actually went out to the car behind me, opened up the trunk of the car, and the passenger's seat, in order to get something out of the person's vehicle. "I decided to grab a quick bite since there was no line at the drive-thru. Upon reaching my destination and taking the first bite of my burger, I was hit by a terrible smell. It was so unpleasant that I wanted a refund. The only way to get my money back, however, was to return the burger. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with terrible service!"

If you're looking to make a substitution or change your order, be aware that the manager, Rob, may dictate your options. I found him to be quite rude during my experience. I specifically cannot eat red meat, yet I was told what I was allowed to order instead. It seems they are not well-informed about their own policies.

Horrible customer service whoever works for drive thru lady was not welcoming or polite about my order asked her if she had any hot sauce and she gave an attitude saying do you not understand we don't have any hot sauce what Kind of customer service is this Réservez une table maintenant

Hardee's, by far, has the slowest drive-thru of all fast food restaurants and the food is overpriced. I went there today purely out of necessity. The sandwich was just okay but wasn't even hot! How can you take long and then the food is lukewarm?

No inside dining sometimes is closed and no sign saying when it's closed. So i won't park and then still have to drive around drive thru. Everything else is good. I recommend #6 without cheese combo.

There has been a couple times I've gone to this location in a bad mood, but there polite and welcoming personality altered it every time. You can't pay for good service like that

I really enjoy eating at Hardee's. The food has excellent taste, and the staff is wonderful—very friendly. I've never received the wrong order here. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was hot and fresh only reason its not 5 star is because no one was in front of me and I still had to pull up and wait for food.
