I honestly can't express my disappointment more clearly than to say this place needs to be shut down. The staff was somewhat polite, but the service was incredibly poor. I ordered a freshly cooked burger, and it arrived cold. When I went in to request a new one, I saw that there was old meat just sitting on the grill, which confirmed my suspicions about the freshness of the food. The cooks also appeared unprofessional. To put it simply, I would rather eat canned cat food over rice than return to that Hardee's.
I tried the $5.00 big cheeseburger deal, and it was quite good! The cheeseburger was flavorful, and the fresh, hot fries and a Coke really made my day. It's a great value, especially considering how inflation has driven up prices everywhere else. Hardee's is a great option for budgeting during these times!
I often stop by this Hardee's for breakfast, and I’m always impressed. The customer service is reliably friendly, the food is served hot and fresh, and my drink is always refreshing and bubbly. One of the staff even remembers me when I arrive. I really enjoy coming here!
This is the only fast food restaurant where you can get biscuits and gravy. The biscuits I tried were baked to perfection, and the gravy was hot and creamy! No one else offers this. The breakfast platter is still an excellent value for a quick meal!

Good service from friendly, helpful staff. Clean looking store. Just wish the food was hotter and fresher. Got the Frisco breakfast sandwich and feel like it had been sitting for some time prior to being served. Tots could've been hotter too.

I've always found the staff to be friendly during my visits. However, whenever I come in with my wife and our three teenagers, they consistently ask us to "pull up," even when there’s no one behind us.
I was running late and called to place an order for my egg and cheese biscuit as breakfast hours were coming to a close. The staff was very friendly and happily took my order.

Every time I 've been here they have been friendly, but with 3 teenagers in tow and a wife usually, they 'll ask us to pull up every time even when no one is behind us.
