Hardee's In Spr - Réservation de table

I just purchased Super Star Combo and gave the cashier a $5 dollar tip and I asked her for fresh food. 1 minute later she hands me my food and I open my bag with cold fries and a sandwich with meat that is barely warm By the way the combo meal was $12 and some change there's a reason there is no line there because the food sucks and it's too expensive for employees who are too lazy to make a hot sandwich and just there for an easy paycheck

I went through the drive thru.(On Wabash) The cashier was very rude and disrespectful because I asked for napkins. The food was cold. The biscuit was hard. The gravy smelled awful. I would rate no stars if it was possible.

First time here, they look very likely understaffed. 15 minute wait in the drive through to order, then another 10 minutes after paying to get a chicken sandwich.

I’m not sure any Hardee’s is worth your time but this one is the worst. Ridiculously unprofessional with employees who just don’t care and show it. It’s Réservez une table maintenant

Got a bargain price but not a bargain. Burger overdone and not hot. Fries done but not hot. I don't think there was any lemon in the lemonade

The food there was horrible today and it's usually pretty good and they don't keep it clean. I won't be going to that location anymore

This particular Hardee's needs to be recognized because of Lisa a great customer service. This is my favorite Hardee's in Springfield

Their bathrooms didn't have toilet paper. No soap and only one of the hand dryers work. Bad. Réservez une table maintenant
