Avoid avoid avoid, this place is the worst place on earth. Staff is rude, unprofessional and should be closed down. Do not for any reason give this establishment your hard earned money that you work for. I wish I could give a negative 5 to this place. Do not support this location. The owner should be ashamed of himself or herself hiring the ppl that work there, and if either the man or woman that's always there is the owner that's even more reason to not go because they tolerate and allow this awful customer service to continue. 0 stars . Teach these people a lesson do not support this location. Go to another location

This restaurant should be shut down because of its poor service! I went out of my way to support this black-owned business, but the service was dreadful. I gave it another chance, thinking maybe my first two visits were just flukes, but when I sent two friends from Michigan recently, they had the same complaint. Every single person working there needs customer service training, which is a shame because the food is actually pretty good. I will never recommend this place again! The only positive thing I can say is that the parking is good, but once you step out of your car, the whole experience goes downhill.

Supported them many times for them to get rude and disrespectful about me asking would my food be cooked freshly and my 1st two times i ordered it wasn’t. This place actually could have some potential if the owners works on customer services, some consistency learning how to talk to PAYING customers properly!!! I suggest go elsewhere to get food spend your money where it’s appreciated. Places like this make it hard to really support your black small businesses.

My dad placed an order over the phone, and when we arrived to pick it up, he inquired about getting drinks with our meal. I requested a lemonade, so he asked the lady at the counter if they had any. She rudely replied that they only had whatever was in the cooler, without even bothering to check. Her attitude was off-putting and the overall customer service was subpar. It makes me wonder how they are still in business serving people. Réservez une table maintenant

The food at this restaurant is terrible. The chicken had no flavor and was covered in a mild sauce. The fries and bread were old and hard. The service was also poor, with a bad attitude from the woman working there. This was my first and last time eating here. It would be better to eat at McDonald's than at this location.

I attempted to order food from this restaurant, however the service was so inadequate that I requested a refund and left without receiving any food. It is my belief that the franchise should invest more in training their staff on proper customer service techniques.

I went to pick up a takeout order and the service was terrible. The staff offered to refund my money, so I accepted and decided not to take the food. I think the restaurant franchise should provide better training for their employees on customer service.

If you enjoy fried chicken, this place is a must-visit in South Side Chicago! The staff was extremely courteous. Keep in mind that orders placed at the window may take some time to cook, so it is recommended to call ahead if you are in a rush. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff at this restaurant is extremely impolite. The husband and wife who run the place speak to customers with disrespect.
