We made a reservation through Open Table and were pleasantly surprised when our table was ready earlier than expected. We arrived with our two young and hungry boys and were promptly greeted and had our drinks order taken swiftly. However, the experience took a turn for the worse as we waited a long time for our food to arrive. The bread and butter we ordered came after a significant delay and sat on the table for quite some time before our meals finally arrived. The quality of the food was not up to par, with curled up bread and butter and cold, mushy peas. We was made to wait at the main door for 10 min . Even tho we had booked a table. Without no one at reception. Staff seen us but chose to ignore us. The service was shocking. While having our meal a waitress decided to lean on our seat and get a menu rather than walking around and picking 1 up. The food was normal, we would normally go to a small cafe but decided because of the NAME AND THE REVIEWS that we would go. The small cafe beats here hands down on all aspects of the experience WE WONT BE GOING AGAIN. Speaking to the manager he said that a new chain had bought the restraunts. But was keeping the brand Thats wrong. The mens toilets were a disgrace. 3 unerinals closed. Wee on the floor...
A family of six visited the restaurant after a busy day in Blackpool. The waitress was impersonal and rushed us to place our order. We ordered food and drinks, but 5 out of 6 orders came out before we received our drinks, without any apology. The 6th meal was late and forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no apology or offer of recompense. Overall, the service was very poor.
Went here for a meal and waited ages for our drinks, (usually you wait a few minutes but on this occasion we waited 15 minutes) our food arrives , advertised as scampi, chips and tartare sauce, no tartare with both our dishes, we had to ask for it and she only brought one !!!!! we had to ask for my partners!!!!. There were four of us and none of us were happy.

Have already recommended Harry Ramadan’s to two friends. We had the over 60s package which was excellent value for money and very tasty. There was plenty to eat.
Our usual place closed! Absolutely awful fish and chips peas lovely! Almost £30 for 2 fish chips 2 soft drinks. I would certainly never return.
Great vibe to the place. The service was great, not imposing on your visit. Friendly staff and the location is good as well.
