What a great find. We were in the mood for a healthier meal after dining on rich Austrian food and Harvest delivered! We had tofu scramble and dal with papadam. Both were well spiced and flavorful. The menu is in German with English subtitles for most items and our waitress spoke English, which made it easy to order. Also, the proprietor overheard us guessing the makeup of one dish and offered to describe anything we'd like in English for us. Our shady outdoor table was just right on a hot summer day.
3 of us visited as part of a Euro tour and found this place just north of the Danube about 5 minutes from the Metro. Great Food (I had the Wiener Shnitzel which was succulent and accompanied by a lovely potato salad.) Good Portions and with 4 drinks and 2 deserts, we spent 60 Euros. High Quality in an expensive city so the price was not too bad but a couple of Euros less would have got it a 5 score. Still worth a visit.
While traveling I like to try traditional dishes in a vegan version so I had the Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad. The salad was super tasty and the Schnitzel was also good but I expected it to be a bit more crispy (and bigger, like the original:-) The homemade lemonades were wonderful and the cakes were also nice. I also liked the decoration, it's very cozy.
