Visited the sarn harvester on 15/9/23 with my two children for an evening meal. On arrival waited ten minutes by door before we were seen. I asked if the kids eat for £1 deal was on as it said on the website however the individual who showed us to our table didn't know. When seated we waited 10 mi Ute's before the waitress came to the table. My children ordered their food and then I ordered only to be told that the combo was not available. I then asked for half a chicken and again told not available, I think chose a third choice with sage chips again told not available. The waitress was very embarrassed and I felt sorry for her. What can I say? The chicken breasts were undercooked, and there was so much relish that I could have shared some with the table across from me for their chips. The restrooms were disgustingly foul, reminiscent of a bad alley in Bridgend after a rough night. I was completely dissatisfied. They offered me a drink or dessert, but I declined both since I had already paid for a drink that I didn’t even finish, and I certainly didn’t want dessert after that meal. You really need to address these issues before you lose more customers. By the way, your bread rolls are subpar, and I've seen more salad in a kebab than what was on display today.
We decided to dine at this restaurant for its convenient location near where we were staying. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options available. I ordered the vegan bean burger and a vegan raspberry mousse, and while they were satisfying, they didn't necessarily blow me away. The waitress was also vegetarian, which sparked an interesting conversation about the differences between vegetarian and vegan diets. It seems like it always comes down to cheese! I would consider returning if in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here again.
I normally love going here food mostly really good, on this occasion we waited nearly 30 for our our food, when itinally arrived the steak was beardy warm and was very tuff to eat, the chips were just warm as well as were the onion rings. Really disappointed, I don't eat out very often with my wife and probably won't go here again after this experience.

We had an incredible meal that was high-quality and packed with flavors. Our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Charlotte, for making our dining experience so enjoyable! We can't wait to return soon.
The server was fantastic. I believe his name was James. He really made our evening. If his name wasn't James, he was still a very friendly and attentive server. He was amazing. The service was excellent. Harvester is fortunate to have him.

The staff was very welcoming, and the food was excellent. However, it took quite a while for the dishes to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy.
