This is the only drive-thru I’ve ever encountered that requests a tip when paying by card. Edit: I noticed the owner responded, asking me to submit an official review, but I believe public complaints should be addressed publicly. It’s not new that your drive-thru asks for tips. As an owner, you have the option to disable that feature, and I’m not the first reviewer to voice this concern. My order was entirely from Harvey’s (there was no St-Hubert in my order). The cashier was knowledgeable, but she instructed me to touch the keypad and follow the on-screen prompts, which I found unsanitary and unnecessary for a drive-thru! However, I still have to note that using the drive-thru at this location is not the best idea. I waited 30 minutes for my order, and when I went inside to check on the delay, I finally received just my burgers without the fries and onion rings, even though I double-checked before leaving. After I informed them, they tried to complete my order, but they ended up forgetting one of the fries. Honestly, given the experience, I feel I should have been given a free meal after all this hassle. I really enjoy Harvey’s, so I'll definitely return, but I will avoid the drive-thru at this location and always make sure to check my order before I leave.
I went to a lot of different Harvey's and we always love their food but this is by far the worst one I have ever went to. We went to their drive thru and they got our order wrong. One of the burgers didn't even have any condiments in there! Just thepatty and the buns! The burger didn't taste like the other Harvey's. Also we waited more than 20 mins to get our order. Verydisappointed. I rather drive to a further Harvey's than going to this one.
