The staff, under the leadership of manager Vivian, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I had lunch at this Harvey’s this week. The next day I couldn’t find my wallet and retraced my steps. But because I paid with Apple Pay, I didn’t think I dropped my wallet at Harvey’s. When I was in the midst of replacing my cards, I got an Instagram DM from Irmak at the restaurant who asked if I was at Harvey’s on Tuesday? I responded that I was, and she told me that she found my wallet and that they have it safe for me to pick up when I had the time.For Irmak to look at my name and take the time to look me up on IG, demonstrates her going the extra mile with her customer service. I asked for bacon and no bacon. Clearly the cashier wasn’t listening. She asked us to pay after her mistake. Also, burgers were precooked as they were not fresh or hot. At the time we want they should be making them to order as it was not busy at all.Customer service and food quality isn’t strong at this location.

I love Harvey's because of their flame grilled burgers, custom toppings, and onion rings. Whenever I'm in Woodbridge, this is the location I go to. Fast service and conveniently located just off Highway 7.
