Harvey's - Réserver une table

I was in Harvey the other day, I got waited on by someone new. Which isn’t an issue, as he took my order and was really nice to deal with, although my order wasn’t made right, when I went took my order to the counter, Kristen was amazing at correcting my issues. Kristen remember my order and always goes above and beyond to make sure it’s right weather I eat from Harvey’s or if I’m dining in Swiss chalet. I know Kristen’s been with the company a while, it shows with her attention to detail and her dedication to her job. My husband has gone here on his lunch break a couple times in the last 3 weeks and every time he has to wait for an extended amount of time. The food is cold (given the fact he is waiting for it, logic would say it should be hot/freshly made). Today he was asked to park and when he got his food the person handing it to him was absolutely miserable, the food was ice cold and he couldn't eat the burger because it was completely saturated in mustard. Unfortunately as he had already waited so long for his food he was not able to go in for them to correct it as he had to get back to work.He will not be returning to this location .

Went for lunch this week and was helped by Kristen, she was super friendly, chipper and helpful! She suggested the Chicken Bacon Ranch Poutine and was it ever delicious! Fast service and the dining room was very clean. I'll be back!

Drive through took 20 minutes, only 1 car infront of me. They still messed up my mobile order and I had to go in anyway. What a colossal waste of

I go in often. The food is good and the staff is always very friendly and patient.
