Harvey's - Réservation de table

I have always enjoyed my meals at this restaurant, as my expectations were generally met. However, recently the experience has changed disappointingly. It used to be good and decent, but now they have restricted the amount of sauce to dip my fries with. When I have a burger and replace the small fry with the large one, I expect to have enough sauce to go with them. However, we are only allowed two small pots of sauce. (samples) If you want more, you have to pay extra. I asked the manager, and he confirmed that you had to pay. It's really ridiculous! Halfway through my fries, I was already out of sauce. This change completely ruins the experience. It's really a shame.

There always seems to be a problem. They don't accept coupons valid for the restaurant. When you mention scene points they look bewildered and you're causing them pain. Upgrading to a poutine or adding cheese is a visibly frustrating challenge for the staff. Just an overall joyless experience here, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Wont be back which is unfortunate because I absolutely love going to Harvey's in London where I spend half my time. Maybe London staff should teach the rigaud staff how its done.

very disappointed. I was double charged for my order. when they gave it to the employees when they told me that it was my order, but I knew what I had since I chose the things with the employees themselves. I had to use coupons that did not enter the staff and since the load is busy, I didn't know until we started eating. Honestly disappointed that I spent $50 in a series that I couldn't enjoy.

Woah, that's some burger, loved the angus burger that felt perfectly fresh and cooked, garnishes were spot on, harvey sauce and chipotle mayo are amazing.
