Harvey's Serving Swiss Chalet

I went to the drive thru in Trenton and didn’t wait too long . I ordered the Festive Meal but food was cold , the dressing was scattered in the box and dried up so bad. It was quite grosse. The bun was so hard l couldn’t eat it. The chicken was good. The salad was terrible with two slices of partly rotten tomatoes . It was terrible. I was very disappointed and it cost me $20.66 and all that was ok was the piece of chicken. Never again!

I hate to be posting this because it’s a bunch of kids running around bouncing of each other trying to make a living. But who ever runs this franchise should know that this was the last time I’ll ever order Swiss Chalet. Stick to the Harvey’s side of the business. Worst Chalet experience ever. Dried out chicken, horrible eons old sauce. Not for me. Seems the Chalet side of things are an afterthought.

Just had some to take home. I didn't get the extra sauce that I ordered for my chicken....so ripped off there. Fries could have used more cooking. I never understand how you miss things putting an order together. You got the order in front of you ...just check...stop ripping customers off and ruining their meal.

Would not accommodate patron for 1 pc of chicken with a salad without full price. Swiss Chalet should not operate with Burger King. Badpy overpriced and it took 4 trips to get the meal right. Had to ask for condiments, ketchup, and utensils. And meals were not correct.

Needed an emergent dinner for a dinner party and Swiss Chalet Trenton came through!! Staff were really helpful and responsive to my need, including dietary restrictions! Thanks everyone. Highly recommended! Great customer service

Didn't realize the Swiss was not sit down and order. It's in with Harvey's. Food was good, service was good but not like a real Swiss chalet restaurant. Don't think I'd go there again for Swiss chalet.

Another great experience at this restaurant. I really enjoy the food, especially the dipping sauce. The staff are always friendly and overall service is excellent. Cheers!

Staff not friendly. Had to ask for our drinks and a roll that were included. Had to ask for salt. Service was horrible. Will not be back.

Ordered festive specials, they didn’t include the cranberry or chocolates. The chicken is also from a pigeon.

Amazing dine in experience. The staff were friendly, the food came out quick, and was delicious!
