This was my second visit, and I feel like the portion sizes don’t quite match the prices. I ordered The Classic combo meal, but the burger was about the size of a kids' Happy Meal burger from McDonald’s. The fries were supposed to be seasoned, but I didn’t notice much flavor. Their Hat sauce was okay, though it had a bit too much pepper for my taste, and the sweet tea was barely sweet at all. On a positive note, their milkshakes are really good. They have a play area for kids, but I still don’t understand the high prices. Three combo meals and two milkshakes ended up costing over $50!
I tried the Cowboy Special Hamburger with fries, and the burger was delicious—just like a homemade grilled burger. I also enjoyed the fries with a bit of ketchup. It was my first time visiting, but I’ll definitely come back if I find another location. The only downside was the condiment and drink station; they were out of several items, including cup lids, plastic knives, and one type of dipping sauce.
Where's the beef? (Updated) This use to be a 4 star review. Last trip I ordered two burgers for my kids on gluten-free buns. Got home unwrapped the burgers and there were no patties. Not to mention the rest of the order was wrong. I had to drive all theway back to get a refund. Shameful. Customer Service and food used to be great. Not sure what happened but I'll never go back.
Looks like a great place but our order, while placed and put into the computer correctly, was prepared wrong. Tables were dirty and tea was way too sweet. Probably won?t be back. However, the young lady that was working the register on 9/9 around 2pm wassuper sweet and handled everything we needed. 5 stars for her!
